Appointments are scheduled after request review.
If a notarization appointment is required, I’ll send scheduling options for an in-person, mobile, or remote online appointment.
If no appointment is needed (such as some apostille requests), I’ll provide instructions for submitting documents so processing can begin.
This approach helps avoid unnecessary appointments and delays.
-
Timing depends on the type of request and, for apostilles, the processing time of the Oregon Secretary of State.
Notary appointments are typically scheduled based on availability, including evenings and weekends.
Apostille timelines vary, and I’ll provide an estimated timeframe after reviewing your request.
You’ll receive updates as your request moves forward.
