$10 per notarized signature
This fee applies to each individual notarial act, regardless of document type.

Travel Fees
Travel fees apply when I travel to a client’s location or make a separate trip to pick up or drop off documents.
Travel fees are disclosed in advance
Fees are based on distance, time, and number of trips required
Each separate trip is billed individually
Travel fees are not notary fees and are permitted under Oregon law as convenience fees.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) Fees

Remote Online Notarization (RON) is completed using a secure, state-approved platform.
$25 per notarized signature (RON fee)
Additional platform or identity verification fees may apply and will be disclosed in advance
RON is available only for eligible documents and signers who meet Oregon’s requirements.

Remote Online Notarization appointments follow a structured, secure process:
You submit a request using the intake form
Eligibility and document requirements are reviewed
You receive a secure link for your online appointment
Identity verification is completed through the platform
The notarization is completed via live audio-video session
Instructions are provided before the appointment to ensure a smooth experience.
Apostille Services & Fees
Apostille services are available for documents that will be used outside of the United States.
Oregon Secretary of State fee: $10 per document
Apostille service fees vary based on document type, processing needs, and delivery method
All apostille requests are reviewed in advance to confirm eligibility, timelines, and whether notarization is required before submission.
Required Identification
All notarizations require valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
State-issued driver’s license
State-issued identification card
Passport
Additional identification requirements may apply for Remote Online Notarization and will be confirmed during intake.

What I cannot Do As a Notary
As a commissioned Oregon Notary Public, my role is limited by state law.
I cannot:
Prepare or draft legal documents
Provide legal advice
Choose which type of document you need
Explain the legal meaning or consequences of a document
Complete forms on your behalf
All documents must be fully completed prior to notarization.
